Man: A Lying Machine

Man dies because he lies. He is a lying machine that creates, in turn, other machines destined to die.

But be careful: lying doesn’t mean deceiving others or hiding the truth. Lying is an act of self-forgetfulness. It means losing oneself; becoming trapped in the belief that the outer world, the people you encounter, the universe, and everything perceived as “external” exist as realities separate from yourself.
