The World Is Your Reflection

When I was your age, I wanted to stop war and all the conflicts in the world.

I believed that music could do it. I believed that gathering forty or fifty thousand people at a concert could carry a message strong enough to stop conflicts, poverty, and wars.

I dedicated my life to this dream.

But I was deeply disappointed.

So I changed. I abandoned music. I abandoned many businesses, and I dedicated all my time to understanding: trying to understand why the world is the way it is.
