Regarding one's enemies... will you please explain why it's necessary NOT to feel hatred, rage, rancor or anger towards them? You say that in doing so, one can be conquered and destroyed. Can you please expound on that point? How can these feelings about one's enemy produce such a profound effect? Thank you.

Dear Elio... when you say "out there," does that also include one's physical body?

No, it is here, in this body and nowhere else, that you can win all your battles. Whatever happens in the outside world is a reflection of the memory you have of yourself, which means that you are entirely responsible for it, and everything will work out and turn to your advantage. Whatever happens in your body happens to the world.

The intelligence of the body.

It is in this body that you can win all the battles that life throws at you... It is in this body that you can change your story and your destiny, your past and your future. It is in this physical body that you can lift the world to heights and depths never before dared. It is in this body that you can taste the nectar of the immortals.

The world is how you are, and you are this body:

This Body without birth

and without death.

Thanks, Elio. At this point in my re-membering... my feeling differs from what you say. My understanding is that our bodies reflect what's inside of us, our non-physical "inner states," not the other way around. In your opinion, am I misunderstanding this?

The body is the most honest part of yourself and accurately reflects your states of being.
